Application:

Go to http://www.applyists.net/ (Please note that Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for this site)

* Click on "APPLY or UPDATE a New Application"
* If this is your first time on this website, you will need to request an Application Identification Number (AIN).
* Once you hit submit, a screen will appear with your AIN. Go to the log in page and enter the Access Key, your AIN and your name.
* The Access Key to log into the system and begin the application process is Cfga.

Renewal:

$2,000 anuually for up to four years
