Canadian or American citizenship is required. Must be currently attending or accepted to a post-secondary institution as an undergraduate or graduate student with a minimum GPA of 2.7. Scholarship recipients are selected by an independent scholarship committee on the basis of academic record, potential to succeed, demonstrated leadership, participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, and a statement of career goals and personal ambition.
