Applicants must be committed to a career in teaching American history, American government, or social studies at the secondary level. Fellows can attend any institution of higher education in the United States for either a Master of Arts degree (MA); a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT); or a Master of Education degree (Med) with an emphasis on American history, government, or political science.
