Current, full-time K-12 Florida teachers, need financial assistance to complete their studies, and meet one of the following additional criteria:

* Seeking to complete courses required to obtain initial professional teacher certification
* Seeking to complete courses which would allow them to teach an additional subject area
* Seeking to complete an alternative certification program leading to professional teacher certification
* Seeking to complete courses that will upgrade their skills or subject content knowledge

The scholarship can be used for graduate studies.
