Purpose
To support and recognize a commitment to continuing infusion therapy education.

Eligible Candidates
INS Members

Selection Criteria
Submit a two-page, double-spaced summary of professional goals and how attendance at an INS meeting will affect his or her practice. Please do not include your name or the institution you work for in the body of your submission.

$750 (multiple scholarships will be awarded)
