One of the hardest things to do in college is to stay fit. There are so many things that can throw us off our diet. There is the place you always get your dessert fix everyday. There is also a franchise of McDonalds around the corner. There are also many things to be finished that you tend to forget to exercise. Before you know it, you gained ten pounds. Here are some tips to stay fit during college.

Always eat breakfast. It might be hard to remember to eat breakfast especially when you are rushing to different campus programs. But breakfast is the most important part of the day. And missing breakfast would slow down your metabolism that would eventually lead to faster weight gain.

Do not binge on junk food. It is fine to eat the occasional servings of cake and fries. But do not eat this on a daily basis. It is not just very unhealthy. But it all goes to the hips.

Drink lots of water. Water would not make you as hungry and will help you cut back from eating food high in calories.

Eat lots of greens and fruits. Vegetables would make your digestive system function better.

Do exercise. Instead of riding a car to the next building, walk to the building. The fresh air would do you good. The walk would also help you trim some inches off the tummy. It will be good if you can set a time every week to exercise. Bring along a friend who might be taking up the same bachelors degree to keep you company.
