There are some mistakes that you should not commit while you are attending a college party. Committing these mistakes will make you an unwelcome guest for future events. Some common college party mistakes are:
a) Do not complain about paying for drinks: At a college party you should be ready to pay for your drinks. Do not protest if you are charged $5 for drinking through the night. No bar will offer you alcohol at such cheaper rates unless you find something very rare.
b) Do not carry your college jacket to party: It is a pain to carry your jacket at a party. It is also troublesome to try and find its exact location after the party is over. So it is better to keep your jacket in your room and then head toward the party. If it’s a blizzard then you can carry it otherwise don’t.
c) Never fight with the hosts: You might have the right points for arguing but then again it is their party. So, never fight with the hosts. They might ask you to leave and/or exclude you from future parties.
d) Don’t hand over a drink to a minor: It is possible that a minor may turn up at a party. You should never hand over a drink to that person. This will keep you safe in case the police turn up in the party.
e) Do not drive if you already have too much alcohol: This is something you should maintain. If you decide to have a drink, be sure to have a designated driver ready who has not consumed alcohol at the event.
If you keep these items in mind you’ll be enjoying many parties to come!
