Career Academy of New York specializes in hands-on career training in the Culinary Arts field, Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as Medical Assisting.

Our main focus is to provide students pursing a culinary career, hotel management career or medical career with the knowledge, skills and support, necessary to succeed, while at the same time providing the various industries with skilled and professional employees.

Career Academy participates in the Title IV Federal Student Financial Assistance Programs (FPELL, FFELP Stafford Loans, and Federal PLUS Loans) and is approved by the New York State Education Department for the training of Veterans, and is accepted for referrals under VESID and JTPA.

Financial aid programs offer a way to bridge the gap between what the student and family can provide and what it will cost to attend the school if you qualify.

The Career Academy of New York uses the Free Application for Federal Student Aid application (FAFSA) to determine eligibility for the PELL Grant and FFELP Stafford Loan programs.

Career Academy of New York is accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and is approved by the New York State Department of Education.

In 2007, ACCSCT honored Career Academy of New York with the School of Distinction Award, in recognition of the school’s commitment to high standards and dedication to career education.
